Comments- A beautifully balanced Sherried Bunnahabhain , shame the SMWS doesn't do a lot more from this distillery .
Colour- Bright Amber
Nose- Very Prickerly for a reasonably low ABV at CS , Orange , candied peel , slight sweetness , even the old Confectioners sugar / Edinburgh Rock is there .
Taste- A lovely balance between the sherry cask and the spirit , again candied peel and Edinburgh Rock with Cola Cubes and dark fruits .
Finish- Long and sherried , with a Bunnie sweetness .

Nose- The nose is definitely from a sherry cask , the old Christmas Cake Syndrome kicks in . Spices , Dried fruit , treacle . Luckily the sherry isn't over-whelming ( Sign of a good cask ) .
Taste- Spicy , Candied peel ( it's that bloody christmas Cake again !) , fruity and nutty .
Finish- A very long finish of Sherry .

Taste- Peat ! Peat , smoke and TCP .

Comments- From a Refill Hogshead , 1 of 293 Bottles . Wow what a Bunnie ! This is from an Experimental Batch of peated Bunnahabhain done in August 1997 (a man who knows told me....) . This is possibly one of the best Peated Bunnies i've had , how good ? It sold out darn fast !
Colour- Polished Gold
Nose- As soon as you open the bottle you can smell a bonfire ! Almost a Fishermans friend smell , if i didn't know it was a Bunnahabhain i would have been guessing South Shore .
Taste- Wow ! Peaty or what ! Again slight Fishermans friend , very smoky on the palate as well .
Finish- Long , smoky , the Bunnie Sweetness (Edinburgh Rock) .

Comments- I've been reliably informed this is Heavily Peated Bunnahabhain (and it certainly tastes like it !) , Very , very oily in the glass ! Looks really young but tastes really good , i defy any peet-heed to try it and not like it ! For £15 what can you say ? Bargain !!!!! Especially for what it is......
Colour- Pale Straw.
Nose- Sweet Peat , Pepper , a little earthy , a wee bit of sherry as well ( 2or 3rd refill casks or one sherry thrown in for luck) , seashore , seaweed .
Taste- very sweet peat on the palate at first , again a slight sherriness , peppery and a touch of cocoa .
Finish- surprisingly long and peaty , pepper but smooth .
