Favourite Whisky Moment - 2 . The first was sitting in the Lochside in the early hours of one morning ,drinking an Allied 10yo generously given to me by the then owner Alistair , it tasted so wonderful . The second was at the 2003 whisky festival , on Ardbeg day . Sitting on the pier , the sun blazing down , with a glass of Ardbeg in my hand and Mel by my side , everything just fell into place . The world just wandered by that afternoon !
